Working with athletes naturally infuses the shoot with real movement and genuine interactions, giving the images an authentic feel. Learning about their backgrounds and experiences also helps shape the tone of the image, adding depth and personality to the final results.
The backdrop was designed to fit the concept, the gymnasium was selected for its clean, practical layout, and detailed shot lists, props, stylists, and assistants were all coordinated to keep production running smoothly. The lighting setup was developed to support both advertising and e-commerce needs, and close collaboration with the client’s team ensured the entire shoot stayed organized and efficient.
In our second season, we had the unique challenge of creating a winter holiday campaign in August. The client wanted a mountain feel, so we brought the “mountain” into the studio. I focused on making the set feel playful and authentic—suggesting the outdoors without trying to literally recreate it. The ice-reflective floor was the final touch that pulled everything together and gave the scene its winter sparkle.
